11-year-old Rhys seems to have had music in his veins from the day he was born, so it's no surprise that he found his way to electronic music production; the surprising part is that he found his way to music production before he was even 10 years-old.

Before anyone feels the need to criticize him for not being entirely perfect (check the Youtube comments if you want to see what jealousy looks like - a lot of adult producers are ragging on this kid for not having absolutely perfect production skills) you've got to keep in mind that he's only 11-years-old. Most kids his age are stressing about their first pimple and not being able to handle algebra, and here he is cranking out tracks that get noticed by the likes of triple j and Flume. Rhys has got a wise head on his shoulders for being so young, shrugging off his haters by simply acknowledging that he's still very young and has much to learn. All around, I would venture to say that Rhys is destined for success.

Rhys's talent is certainly undeniable, but his dedication to pursuing his dreams at such a young age is downright inspiring. Even with the negative feedback he's gotten on Youtube and the misunderstanding he experiences from his educators, he hasn't given up. The video below shows Rhys in action, and it's not hard to see why he's being heralded as a sort of prodigy in the electronic music scene. If he can do this much by 11, just imagine what he can do by the age of 20.
