'Chasing Daylight' is a mini-documentary series produced by Slice Media to give us all a bit more insight into what it's like to be a top-touring DJ/producer in the electronic music scene. These artists have incredibly hectic schedules, sometimes playing as many as 30 shows in 20 days, and all without their fans ever really understanding just how hard they're working to provide the perfect experience day in and day out.

In the video below, Paper Diamond shares what goes on behind the scenes to make his shows so absolutely incredible. He explains that he's been touring for about six years, since he was 19 years-old, and this touring schedule has completely restructured his life. In a day and age when live music is a saturated field and the fans expect perfection at every single show, it's easy to forget that our favorite artists are human beings and that they go to absolutely incredible lengths to bring us what we want. This video is the perfect reminder that the superstar artists are those who have a superhuman work ethic, and they're seriously, seriously impressive.
